RETURN POLICY

Customer service is our top priority with supportive returns & exchange.

If any reason you are not satisfied, you may require to exchange or return for full fund within 14 days of purchase.

In order to qualify for a return, all products must be returned as a complete set, including all original packaging such as jewelry pouch, plastic bag and box. Due to the exquisite crafts and high cost of our products, all products must be returned in their original conditions without signs of wear, engraved and damage.

When you decide to return or exchange, please email us to customerservice@starrystudio.co. A free return label will be provided for return shipping within USA. Our free return label provides insurance coverage for your item. 

Once we get your returned products, full refund will be authorized. But your original shipping fee is Non-refundable.

You can get your refund within 7 business days.

We hope to make your return experience as pleasant as possible, but one complimentary return or exchange is allowed per order due to the high cost of our products. 

We are very confident in the quality of our products. Please review Product Caring information for extending product life.
